We are currently seeking a Senior Auditor at our Corporate location in Katy, Texas.


Responsibilities include:

Plans, supervises, executes and reports on audit and consulting engagements.
Develops and revises audit programs for operational, compliance, and financially focused audits, specific to the retail/consumer business industry.
Develops audit and consulting deliverables specific to clients' needs.
Drafts, reviews and edits audit and consulting reports.
Assists in the execution of audit department planning including risk assessment.
Provides performance feedback to staff auditors and creates developmental plans for identified weaknesses.
Manages department performance metrics, including project hour and audit results.
Coordinates with store auditors on planning and execution of process focused audits.
Advises and assists business process owners on risk- and control-related issues as they arise, or as part of a special project team.
Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.


Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in internal audit. A CIA designation is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a Accounting or Finance is preferred or equivalent years of related work experience. This candidate must have the ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
