I recruit for Genworth, one of America’s leading providers of long term care insurance. Genworth has 23 General Agents across the country that each lead a dedicated team of agents and district leaders who specialize in long term care insurance sales.
Describe an ideal candidate for Genworth Financial?
We are looking for independent agents who are self-confident, honest and hard working. We want individuals that possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit eager to create and run their own business.

We helped pioneer the development of long term care insurance over three decades ago. We have more than one million policyholders and have paid over $6 billion in long term care insurance claims.
