Responsible for leading Financial Institution tax engagements, primarily involving regional and community banks, savings banks, credit unions, mortgage banks, broker/dealers, asset-based lenders and diversified finance companies. The qualified candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage staff on multiple tax engagements and provide timely, high quality client service while working within budgetary and time constraints to meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have tax experience in the banking and Financial Institutions industry with expertise in project and client management.

To be considered, candidates should have:

- A BS in Accounting
- CPA certification
- Minimum of eight years experience with a public accounting firm
working with Financial Institutions.
- Knowledge of current Financial Institution accounting issues
- A successful record of directing and assigning staff and seniors on
multiple engagements.
- A proven track record of managing client relationships.
- Technically proficient in tax and accounting.
- Ability to work within budgetary and time constraints while
providing a high-level of client satisfaction
- Ability to travel

Candidates must be highly motivated, have a creative approach to problem solving, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
