Position: Clinical Systems Support
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Duration: 1 Year
Pay rate: DOE/Market


DUTIES
* Performs job duties with minimal guidance
* Serves as a contact for end users from Clinical Operations and DATA on system issues (including CRO and Clinical Trial Site Staff)
* Participates in Help Desk Support Team meetings as appropriate Triages support tickets as defined in business processes and work instructions
* Escalates issues and trends to Help Desk Lead and/or Business Systems Manager for appropriate system Monitors account management processes for accuracy and completeness
* Maintains accurate tracking and reporting of system support metrics
* Partners effectively with PDIT partners and Help Desk vendors to ensure optimal end user support Collaborates effectively with Clinical Operations and DATA systems users (includes CRO and Clinical Trial Site users)
* Supports Clinical Information Systems Management (CISM) Business Systems Managers, and PD IT partners with system assessment, process effectiveness, and to identify improvement opportunities
* Adheres to Support Ticket Guidelines and Standards

* Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

* Excellent attention to detailed required – hands on attitude

EDUCATION
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline required, and 1-2 years in clinical operations or clinical data management; or a combination of both area
* Knowledge of Clinical Trials Management and Clinical Data Management Processes preferred
* Knowledge of CTMS, EDC and Clinical Trial Portal systems recommended Knowledge of ICH/GCP
* Knowledge of the drug development process preferred
* Proficient computer skills across multiple applications required
