DUTIES
* Master data mining, analysis, and reporting
* Master data audit and evaluation
* Data extract, build, and synthesis
* Systems consultation
* Data, system, and process change impact analysis
* User support and training
* Master data entry
* Query and light VB Code development and support

SKILLS
* Good Microsoft Excel skills required.
* Good electronic data query skills using SQL, Microsoft Access, SAP BW, or similar tools required.
* Experience with manufacturing data (Material Masters, Bills of Materials, etc) very helpful, not required.
* Experience with a manufacturing or ERP computer system very helpful but not required (SAP Material Master and Bills of Material a BIG PLUS)
* Data entry skills: (accuracy and attention to detail is critical, not speed)
* Data interpretation: (given a technical document (GMP manufacturing specification), be able to read the document searching for somewhat confusing key information, and then interpret that information and translate it into values to be entered into the data base.
* Filing, paperwork, and workflow: Ability to work within a defined process, understanding the various different steps in the workflow, and contributing with colleagues to make sure things keep moving, and nothing gets dropped in between. Most of what we do is electronic, but we do handle some paper documents.
* Experience in a regulated environment a plus (FDA, GMP especially)
* Experience with electronic task management tools such as Remedy or Trackwise a plus

EDUCATION
* BS/MS degree or equivalent computer systems work experience (preferably SAP)
* Manufacturing Planning experience a plus
