Position: Accountant, Operations
Duration: 3 months
Location: Mountain View, CA
Pay rate: $40/hr, DOE

The role:
* Responsible for processing and maintenance of general ledger transactions and intercompany invoicing including key spreadsheets and system reconciliations.
* Maintain fixed asset subledgers on Oracle for multiple sets of books.
* Assist in the development of focused documentation and support for general ledger transactions to ensure SOX compliance.
* Flexible in participating in ad hoc special projects.

The requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required, (UC school highly preferred)
* Excellent analytical skills and experience; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with Oracle or other similar financial systems.
* Experience working in a fast paced, high-tech corporate environment.
* Must be detail oriented and have a strong work ethic
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* MUST be able to successfully pass an employment, Criminal, and Credit background check

Compensation: $40 per hour, W2 tax status only
