What makes you an industry expert for VIPDESK?
I have been recruiting in the customer service, sales and administrative industries for several years.
Describe an ideal candidate for VIPDESK?
Independent contractors must have customer service and sales experience. They must be very comfortable up selling additional product. Employees for our Customer Service Representative positions must have good customer service skills. Currently we are only offering employee CSR positions within the State of Kentucky. Both independent contractors and employees must be computer savvy.
What separates VIPDESK from it's competitors?
We offer contracting and employment opportunities supporting high end retail and financial services organizations. Our screening process is fairly extensive, as candidates must pass a prequalification test, an automated computer software/hardware test, a phone screening, as well as a credit/criminal background check.
What additional value do you provide your candidates?
Contractors will be supporting high end retail and contractor referral service companies. They have schedule flexibility and the capability to make extra money above their base talk minute rate from up selling/cross selling. Employees are eligible for benefits, as well as potential additional incentives. Both contractors and employees enjoy the ability to work from the comfort of their own home.
