Significant player in the Food Processing Industry is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. The company has been in business for over 50 years, has 12 plants in the US and is a market leader in their food category. The company is know for excellent benefits, working environment and promotion and advancements for its employees.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage a team of more than 50 employees on 2nd shift production.
-Responsible for all aspects of production operations and the
achievement of production goals for the shift.
-Responsible for scheduling, quality assurance and maintenance for
the production line.
-Work with the senior plant management team to improve profitability
and efficiencies.

REQUIREMENTS
-YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEAR OF FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY
PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE.
-BS/BA 4 year degree or associates degree.
-Willing to work 2nd shift
-Experience with high speed packaging in a beverage or canning
facility is preferred but not necessary.
-Experience managing and mentoring a team of production associates.
