Our global clinical services client is seeking a Business Development Manager/Southeast Territory for their niched CRO division. This division focuses on technology solutions for clinical trial management.

The ideal candidate is a “hunter” and has worked for a CRO selling services to pharmaceutical companies. The Business Development Manager will develop new strategic client partnerships, develop relationships with existing clients and provide industry-driven feedback to management and will be a liaison between client and company, and representing the company at trade shows.

Requirements: excellent job stability, a BS/BA, several years of successful CRO sales/marketing experience, selling clinical trial management software solutions to pharma clients, and excellent interpersonal and communications skills. This is a home-based position (in North Carolina or Maryland). Travel will be about 30%.

Our client offers a a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and commission structure and benefits.
