Program Director for Award Winning Organization

POSITION SUMMARY:
This is an ideal position for a person desiring a permanent position to utilize sales, administrative, and management skills in a fun and rewarding learning environment. Very generous holiday/vacation package and other benefits offered. Must have successful sales experience, live in North SD County, and be able to accommodate after school hours (early afternoon to evening).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Four year college degree; marketing or business degree with focus on public relations or business management preferred. Successful SALES experience a MUST! Background in SUPPLEMENTAL education a plus. Other qualifications:
1. At least three years of SALES and MANAGEMENT experience in a service-oriented environment.
2. Excellent leadership and organization skills.
3. Ability to be take initiative and learn quickly on the job.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Use sales talent to recruit new clients each month and retain current clients.
2. Create and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns, and events.
3. Respond to the needs of clients and strive to continuously improve services, programs, staffing, and operations.
4. Supervise tutoring staff: recruit and continuously provide training to develop their skills and nurture staff morale; maintain weekly tutor and student schedules with focus on quality service and cost effectiveness.

Salary commensurate with management and sales experience.

Compensation: $40k to $45k
