Regional Sales Representative - East
We are seeking a Regional Sales representative for the Eastern United States (preferably in the state of OH). My client is a rapidly expanding that discovers, develops and markets effective and environmentally responsible natural products that fill needs for weed, pest and plant disease management for the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities

Implement grower demos when necessary.
Meet or exceed revenue goals set by the company.
Develop a tactical sales plan for the Eastern US.
Monitor sales versus forecast on a monthly basis.
Manage customer (channel and end user) relationships to maximize sales and market share.
Train Distributor/Dealer/PCAs on the proper use of products.
Develop a strong working relationship with key colleagues.
Participate/speak/display at key industry eastern meetings.

Knowledge Skills & Experience
BS in an agricultural-related field.
Established relationships with the agrichemical channel.
At least 3-5 years of sales experience with pesticide products, including biopesticides. A candidate with a strong drive to succeed will be considered with fewer years of sales experience.
The candidate must have (or be eligible to obtain) pest control advisor license.
