Volt Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for a Process Development Engineer to join our client.

Duties include:(Not limited to)

Participate in engineering teams to assess customers' needs, define requirements and specifications, design, test, and debug processes for development of MEMS products. Transition products from development to manufacturing, including providing training and support documentation for production. Perform failure analysis of processes; gather and analyze yield data. Maintain process documentation. Communicate regularly with other engineering staff, management, manufacturing personnel and customers.

Job Requirements:

Advanced degree (MS required, PhD preferred) in Materials Science, Physics, or related field plus at least 1 year of industry experience. Knowledge of RF-MEMS, Bio-MEMS, RIE and DRIE wafer etching, electrical probing, optical test, micro-machining, photolithography and other semiconductor processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for frequent interface with internal staff and customers. Able to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of projects and changing priorities.
