Volt Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for experienced individuals to join a Manufacturing company that specializes in the custom fabrication of molded, extruded, and calendered components used in the manufacturing of medical devices, and the design and construction of tooling used to produce these components.


If you are familiar with silicone, rubber, or plastics, liquid injection molding, transfer molding, or compression molding, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to build on your skills and experience.



Requirements:
-Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

-Previous experience in medical silicone or related industry required.

-Candidates should possess an advanced understanding of rubber or plastics with molding experience.

-Good Communication Skills both verbal/written.


-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills


-Good troubleshooting abilities


-Strong work ethic
