My client is the market leader in this unique niche. They have been in business since the early 1960s (average growth rate over 30% per year) and have recently expanded out west. This is an organization that has a sales driven culture and rewards its sales people with an uncapped commission program. This is a consultative sales process that mixes value added selling with the ability to communicate with all individuals in an organization (blue collar and white collar types). If you are a motivated sales person looking to earn compensation directly related to your success and can handle some "hands on" climbing and posses a technical aptitude this is the situation that you have been searching for.
Objective
To sell long-term professional asset management programs to the owners of potable water tanks. This is a long-term relationship with customers – relationships based on a partnership with a consultative philosophy as a means to solve problems. The company has a 20 year record of growth, operates nation-wide and is a market leader providing a unique service to their customers
Duties:
* Builds service contract sales opportunities by establishing a marketing presence; researching and collecting competitive information; preparing strategic sales plans; developing leads.
* Initiates sales call process by analyzing and qualifying opportunities; exploring and building account relationships; scheduling and making appointments.
* Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining service contract features and benefits; developing relationships with key decision makers. Selling water tank owners on the long term value of having an established innovative market leader maintain their resource at a fixed cost.
* Closes sales by developing relationships, building trust, effectively communicating the value of the program for each customer, and selling that at multiple layers in the customers organization
* Develops accounts by tracking and analyzing services provided; interviewing key customer personnel; identifying and evaluating additional needs; identifying and evaluating new opportunities.
* must be able to identify decision makers and roles of each contact in the sales process
* must be able to effectively communicate on multiple levels

Individual must be able to climb as the position requires physical inspection of water systems
