Growing brand-name company with strong benefits and opportunities seeking 2 Maintenance Engineers/Supervisors. Requires BS ME, EE or similar technical degree (open on industrial experience).
Must have leadership skills.
Provide maintenance leadership to the Manufacturing Plant through organizing, planning and implementing programs which will support preventative and corrective maintenance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include budget, service contract and purchasing accountability as well as driving improvement of asset productivity, implementation of best practices while ensuring safe operations at all levels. Provides leadership and training to hourly employees.
Interact closely with mechanics and electricians.
Will initially work shift (2nd,3rd, or weekends). Ideal for near-entry level engineers trying to start their careers.

Compensation: 45000 - 55000 with bonus potential
