Position Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Climber.com Career you will primarily be responsible for interfacing with Job Seekers, Users and the Executive team to ensure Climber.com remains the fastest growing career site for job seekers on the internet.
In this role you will interface with Job Seekers and advise them on our service and suite of products. Climber.com Inside Sales Representatives are expected to pre-qualify candidates and be able to answer all pertinent questions regarding Climber.com, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and resume distribution.
Our Requirements:
•Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Inside Sales Role with consultative selling experience. Experience selling Financial products, Corporate Recruiting or Executive Search is a plus.
•You should be able to demonstrate “hands on” experience using technology and strong familiarity with the internet.
•Professional or personal accomplishments that reflect self-motivation, initiative, independence, and a strong customer service orientation.
•Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Business Experience preferred
•Must be available to work weekends as scheduled

Compensation: Hourly rate + Commission. Based on performance Inside Sales Representatives can earn up to $80K/year
