Position Summary:
As a Client Services Representative you will primarily be responsible for assisting the company’s customers /Job Seekers through the account creation and activation process. In this role your task will be to facilitate the creation of the Job Seekers profile and uploading of their resume, while ensuring that prospective customers receive the highest level of customer service. In order to create a successful value proposition for our customers/Job Seekers, Client Services Representatives are expected to be able to answer all pertinent questions regarding Climber.com’s suite of products, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and our competitors.
Our Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of sales or service experience in a call center, retail or restaurant environment with working familiarity of MS office
• You should be able to demonstrate ‘hands on’ experience using technology and strong familiarity with the internet.
• Professional or personal accomplishments that reflect self-motivation, initiative, independence, and strong customer service orientation
