Director of Finance / Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a non profit health agency that serves a large regional area in Illinois. This is a great opportunity at an organization that has grown tremendously since it was formed in the 1990s. The Director of Finance is responsible for all the financial management, financial reporting and analysis and regulatory reporting, medical records, reimbursement, treasury, IT, purchasing and facilities. This is a role that requires a strong leader and mentor, but also a hands on manager that is willing to get involved in the day to day operations.

Job Requirements;
• CPA is required (this is a non-negotiable requirement of my client).
• Minimum 5 years in financial management with proven track record of progression of duties and responsibility.
• Medicare and Medicaid insurance billing and reimbursement experience.
• Bank and Investment Bank relations experience.
• Strong financial planning and operational analysis background.

Compensation: $80,000 to $85,000
