I'm a CPA with 8 years experience in consulting in public accounting. After this, I've spent 10 years as an Executive Recruiter split between high level project placements to permanent placement both retained and contingent.
Describe an ideal candidate for FAST Search?
A CPA with 5-10 years public accounting experience followed by 5+ years industry experience.

We are very particular about the companies and candidates we work with. We work very closely and strategically with our clients and usually directly with hiring managers.
What additional value do you provide your candidates?
I offer a lot of free advise on their resumes, search strategy, even point them in the direction of competitors and opportunites where there may be no fee in it for me.
