Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Supervises all SNF nursing staff. Functions independently in performing the nursing process through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of safe therapeutic care for patient’s overt and covert needs and/or complications of treatment during his/her assigned shift. Is accountable and responsible for patient care provided by assigned nursing staff.


QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Graduated from an Accredited School of Nursing program.
2. Current RN license to practice in California.
3. Previous supervisory experience required.
4. CPR certification within three months of employment.
5. IV certification within three months of employment.
6. Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) certification required within twelve months.
7. Ability to read, write and understand the English language.
8. Strong communication and leadership skills.
