An incredible team of design and engineering professionals work with facility owners and architects to create cleaner, healthier and more appealing environments through the efficient collection, transport and disposition of waste and linens.

This is a tremendous company, headquartered in Denver with a National Reach. The Sales Director is a professional relationship builder. This person understands that the art of the sale is a multi-faceted process and thrives on being able to identify opportunity, elicit sponsorship, guide/facilitate the decision process and systematically eliminate the competition. The Sales Director is guided by a core set of principles that include honesty, integrity and a desire to at all times create a win/win for the customer and the company. The end result is success for all parties.

EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Consistent Achievement of sales quota in excess of $15m annually

A minimum of 7 years experience in a ‘relationship-based’ sales environment generally found in DoD contracting, education sales, healthcare equipment or industrial manufacturing

Track record of successful sales at the Executive Level

A comprehensive understanding of RFP, RFI and bid proposal processes

Proven ability to stay focused and intense during long, very big ticket deals (12-24 month sales cycle) of between $2m and $4m in a single transaction.

A curious mind with an interest for how systems and equipment work to create efficiency and reduce cost

Outstanding written communication and personal presentation skill with a knack for financial/cost analysis

A passion for building long-term relationships before, during and after the sale

Has respect for the ‘committee-based’ sales process and intuitively works to build support at all levels of the prospect community

Can’t stand to lose

Reliance on a spec sheet to present value

Commodity Selling (low cost/low value)

Aversion to Cold Calling, prospecting and follow through

PACKAGE

Compensation commensurate with Experience - commission uncapped
