What makes you an industry expert for PROVEN STAFFING & CONSULTING, INC.?
I have 10 years experience in the scientific staffing industry. Most recently, I was responsible for opening and managing the Scientific branch for a $1 billion staffing firm, and developed that branch into the company’s most successful scientific branch for 8 of the 9 years that I was with the company. I also made the company’s list of top performers every year I was there, earning rookie of the year my first year, and achieving Platinum performance (their top honor) for the other 8. I have a BS degree in Zoology with an emphasis in Animal Behavior from the University of California, Davis and over 4 year’s hands-on experience in the Biotechnology industry, specifically in Immunoassay development. I am an active member of ACS, AWIS, the PDA and have been on the Board of Directors for the San Diego branch of AALAS for 7 years. I recently joined Proven to spearhead the development of their Scientific practice. My passion is helping connect talented scientists with companies who need and can appreciate their expertise!
