Someone who have earned $150k or more who wants to earn as much as $500k or more. Or, if someone has B2B sales experience,we can place them anywhere in the U.S. where they will be given training and earn as much as $75k to over time $200k a year in residual income.
What separates SCHWELLING RECRUITING SERVICES from it's competitors?
We charge a flat fee of 10% of what our candidates earn for a period of 24 months. If for any reason, they do not last 24 months, then firms do not pay us any further.
What additional value do you provide your candidates?
It is a difficult to get interviews today. We can come up with high paying jobs for most of our candidates and if not we can offer them access to our 9 private equity firms which retain us to find executives to run companies they acquire. We do not send candidtate to our firms but let them pick and choose which ones they want to send resumes to for employment now or in the future. Our largest firm spends as much as $900,000,000 to acquire firms.
What gets you most excited about SCHWELLING RECRUITING SERVICES?
We spend a lot of time with our high level executives who seem to be out of work every 3 years and need to try to find new jobs over and over. Over time we work with over 1,000 high level executives and have to be very creative to try to come up with high paying positions.
What does it take to be successful at SCHWELLING RECRUITING SERVICES?
We expect each of our candidates to keep an open mind regarding what we may come up with to help them land a high paying job. Sometimes the only way to land a job if one is not available is to agree to do some advisory work for a start up company until they get funding if the firm happens to be in an industry our candidates may favor. There are many ways to skin a cat and we leave no stone unturned.
