Eligibility

To be eligible for the money back guarantee, Customer must attend a Catalyst training session with a Climber.com Representative within the first thirty (30) days. If at the end of the first thirty (30) days, Customer gives written notice of termination at least five (5) days before the end of the then-current term to customerservice@climber.com. Climber.com will refund Customers initial monthly subscription fee, minus a 5% transaction fee.
